Welcome
Welcome to the Portland Fair Estates Owner's Association website. Portland Fair is home to a vibrant neighborhood community comprised of 52 homeowners, and is located on San Juan Island in Washington State. The community is characterized by its picturesque scenery, with lush forests, open meadows, and abundant wildlife, making it a haven for nature lovers. The community is managed by a homeowner's association (HOA). The HOA ensures that the neighborhood maintains its serene and well-kept environment, with well-maintained roads, common areas, and a water system that supports and enhances the residents' quality of life.
Portland Fair residents benefit from various services, policies and regulations that maintain property values and promote a harmonious living environment. The HOA enforces guidelines on property upkeep, architectural standards, and landscaping to ensure the neighborhood's aesthetic appeal. Additionally, the association manages the water system for the entire community. The combined efforts of the HOA and the residents contribute to a cohesive and thriving community on San Juan Island.
The Portland Fair website is intended to play a valuable communication role for our residents. A primary function of the HOA Board is management and oversight of the water system. As such, Portland Fair residents can find information on the system and their water use on the website. We have a limited water supply on the island, so the Board urges our homeowners to monitor their usage by checking the water usage report often. Residents can also find various documents related to our community and homeowner's association. Minutes from the Board meetings and the Annual Meeting will be posted and available. You will also find a means of contacting the Board with any questions or concerns you may have.
Welcome to Portland Fair Estates.
