The PFEOA Board
The Portland Fair Estates Owners' Association is an organization-managed governing body. The association was formed in 1972. The Board, which is made up of resident volunteers, is elected by the association members to serve one year terms. The Board is managed by the association by-laws, and develops policies about the operation of the community.
From a process perspective, the PFEOA Board meets on a quarterly basis to manage and govern the neighborhood association business affairs. Usually the meeting is held at the president's home. Meetings are open to any homeowner who wishes to attend and observe. Minutes from Board meetings can be found here.

Current members of the Board are Pamela Morais (President), Josh Angle (Vice President), Erica Shook (Water System Manager), Katy Foster (Secretary) and Gregg Williams (webmaster). Other officers are Carol LeGate (Bookkeeper) and Laurie Connelly (Water Meter reader).
